Terms of Service

1. The Service

BrandWolf Creative provides the BrandWolf Audit Engine, an AI-powered brand and visibility diagnostic delivered as a scored report covering Brand Foundation, Brand Presence, and Brand Visibility, benchmarked against named competitors.

Purchase price: USD $997, plus applicable tax.

2. Delivery

Upon payment, you will be directed to an intake form. Report delivery follows completion of that intake and BrandWolf's internal review. Typical delivery is within 24 hours of intake submission, though this may vary.

3. Refunds

Before intake: If you have paid but have not yet submitted the intake form, you may request a full refund at any time before submission.

After intake begins: Once the intake form has been submitted and report processing has started, the purchase is non-refundable. This reflects the work committed at that point.

Technical fault exception: If a technical fault on BrandWolf's side prevents delivery of the report, you may request a full refund. This must be raised within 10 business days of purchase.

Report findings: Refunds are not offered on the basis of dissatisfaction with the report's findings, scores, or recommendations. The audit reflects an independent diagnostic assessment based on the evidence available at the time of the audit.

4. Accuracy and Limitations

The Audit Engine's findings are based on publicly available evidence and information you provide at intake. Where evidence is limited or unavailable, this is disclosed within the report rather than assumed.

The report is a diagnostic tool intended to inform your own decisions and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

5. Use of the Report

The report is provided for your own internal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent the report as the work of another party.
