    BRANDWOLF AUDIT ENGINE.

    Last updated 13 August 2026

    What you're buying

The BrandWolf Audit Engine is a one-off brand diagnostic. We assess your business across 25 dimensions in three pillars — Brand Foundation, Brand Presence and Brand Visibility — benchmark you against competitors you nominate, and deliver a written report by email.

The audit draws on your live website, your public business listings, your social accounts, live testing of how AI assistants respond to queries in your category, and the information you provide at intake. Where evidence cannot be gathered, the report says so rather than filling the gap.

    What happens after you pay

You'll be taken to an intake form. Your audit begins when you submit it. Every report is reviewed by a person before it's sent to you.

    Refunds

The fee is non-refundable once you submit the intake form and processing begins. Before that point, contact us and we'll refund you in full.

One exception: if we fail to deliver your report because of a technical fault on our side, you're entitled to a full refund. Raise it with us within 10 working days of purchase.

We do not refund for dissatisfaction with the report's content, findings, or scores. The audit is a diagnostic. It reports what the evidence shows, including when that is unwelcome — a low score is a valid result, not a failure of delivery.

    What the audit is not

The report is analysis and recommendation, not a guarantee of outcome. We don't guarantee improved search rankings, AI visibility, enquiry volume or revenue. Implementation is yours, with or without us.

Scores reflect evidence available at the time of the audit. Websites, listings and AI systems all change.

    Your information

We use what you provide to produce your audit. Uploaded documents are used as evidence within the audit and are not shared. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
